Grind Over Luck is sold by Gr8tness The Brand as a $200 annual program subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout; or
• Email us at support@grindoverluck.com with your order details and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time from the billing portal linked on your Program page, or through paddle.net. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your program keeps full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your rosters, logs and points are preserved if you decide to come back.

Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are handled case by case; contact us and we will do our best to help, particularly for accidental renewals.
